What clients are saying,

  • “Taking Aerial classes with Dylan has been life-changing. As a tall woman in her thirties who has zero dance or athletic experience and all the grace of a newborn giraffe, I was just looking for a playful way to exercise. Less than a year later, I am seeing muscles I didn't know I had, but I'm also feeling more confident, beautiful, and graceful in my daily life and that is all because of Dylan. Her classes are the high point of my week! If you're thinking of trying aerial silks but are afraid you don't have the right body for it, trust me when I say that you do, and you can trust Dylan to help you get there.”

  • “Yoga with Dylan is one of the highlights of my week. She teaches modifications for all poses and can teach all ages and skill levels. She starts each session with a different guided meditation that helps me check in with myself and find peace. Each session is restorative to my body and inner self. “

  • “Our office enjoyed the weekly sessions with Dylan pre-covid and it was greatly missed by all until we were able to re-incorporate it into our week again. Yoga with Dylan has improved my flexibility, reduced my stress levels and provided an opportunity for self care.

I am hesitant to say I enjoy my “ yoga class” - because it is so much more than I imagined when presented with the idea. Dylan is amazing at presenting modified poses to help work with our individual needs. In my case - upper cervical fusions which has resulted in continuous numbness and inability to lift my arms over my head for prolonged periods of time. I truly feel that her sessions have improved my flexibility and continued to increase my mobility.”

  • “Yoga was a new experience for me and I was reluctant to try it for fear I would make a fool of myself. I appreciated how Dylan was very kind and patient with me, an older woman that isn't particularly graceful. She quietly made suggestions on how I would be more comfortable. Amazing enough, I was able to keep up with the younger woman and did not feel out of place. And most of all, it didn't hurt my aging back and limbs. I would encourage anyone looking for a low impact yoga to call Dylan, she is great, and so sweet! “

  • “My son Andrew, who is 7 years old, had the most incredible experience with Dylan in an Ariel Sling Kids class. I can't praise the class enough for the positive impact it had on him as he still talks about this one time experience.

From the moment we walked in, Dylan's warm and welcoming demeanor put Andrew at ease since he was a little nervous. Throughout the classes, Dylan's teaching style was not only fun but also incredibly effective. She got myself and my 68 year old dad to join in on the fun. She knew exactly how to engage Andrew, keeping them excited and eager to learn. I was amazed at how quickly Andrew progressed from apprehensive to confident under Dylan's guidance.

Beyond the technical skills of aerial sling, Dylan also instilled a strong sense of discipline and safety while on the sling. She made sure he understood the importance of following instructions, safety protocols and maintaining proper form to prevent injuries.

  • Dylan was able to easily strike the perfect balance between challenge and support. She allowed him to explore on his own and was always being there to offer encouragement and praise. Andrew never felt overwhelmed; instead, he felt motivated to keep pushing himself to get the pose down the right way. My son can have a low threshold for frustration but Dylan was able to support him perfectly on the edge of his abilities, without going into frustration.

I highly recommend Dylan's Ariel Sling Kids class to any parent looking to introduce their child to an exciting and empowering activity. Thank you, Dylan, for creating such a fantastic and enriching experience for my son's birthday!”

  • “ I hate going to the gym, and part of me will always dread the words, “physical fitness”. As a woman in her early thirties who can barely walk a straight line on a smooth surface, for me, dipping my toes into aerial fitness was… a joke without a punchline. I was overweight and I knew I would stand out like a hippo in a tutu. But my doctor told me in the strictest terms, “ For the love of God, find something to do, your liver will thank you for it!” Thats when I stumbled into doing aerial classes. I am so grateful I did, and you will too. Doing something like this proves how amazing the human body is and how capable you are. You’ll surprse yourself, I definitely did. You’ll find yourself several feet off the ground in a beautiful pretzel shape, thinking, “wow, I did the thing! I did it!” Dylan will get you there! Taking classes with Dylan is life-changing. I’ve grown more comfortable working out in a class setting, and i’ve even looked into pilates classes, which is something I never thought I would do! My lifestyle has improved so much since enrolling in aerial class. I’m more confident, I’ve never drunk so much water, and I actually feel physically stronger because of it. Thats only after six months and I can’t wait to see what the future brings, continuing to learn from Dylan. I’ve never felt judged for being a bit on the heavier side while trying to learn this crazy and beautiful sport. Dylan is so supportive and kind. For example, I accidentally sliced my hand open with a cardboard cutter while at work, and during class, Dylan repeatedly made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. She even modified the workout to ensure I didn’t further injure it. I know many personal trainers who wouldn’t share that mindset. Dylan is a kind and wonderful instructor. I recommend her to anyone who asks and some who don’t. if you’re thinking of getting into aerial, I highly recommend Dylan. There is nobody else I would even think of going to.”
